A joint African Caribbean Pacific and European Union parliamentary assembly, will conduct a fact finding mission to the Solomon Islands next week.
The ACP and EU Mission is expected to make recommendations on the Solomon Island's contribution to the Millennium Development Goals.
Members will discuss law and order, debt settlements and economic reform as well as human rights and gender issues.
They will also discuss how the Solomons could use the post-conflict facility under the Cotonou Agreement.
The meeting would also identify what the EU could do to restore good governance.
