An Australian politician is joining the protest over the jailing of two homosexual men in Fiji.
Last week, an Australian tourist and a Fiji man were sentenced to two years jail for having gay sex.
The duo are currently on bail pending an appeal.
An Australian Greens senator, Kerry Nettle, says Fiji's discriminatory anti-gay laws should be repealed.
"This is at a time when the constitution in Fiji says that people can't be discriminated against on the basis of their sexual orientation, and yet there remains in the lawbook in Fiji these laws that contain penalties for consensual gay sex."
