Claims of fresh moves to topple Solomons PM Kemakeza

Reports from Solomon Islands say a group of politicians is behind fresh moves to topple the prime minister, Sir Allan Kemakeza.

Sources say some supporters of his coalition are involved in the action.

A letter reportedly threatening the prime minister is also in circulation.

Security has been tightened around Sir Allan as a result of the threat.

Coalition partners have confirmed their support for the prime minister to allow his to complete his four-year term which is to end in December.
