A select committee in Nauru's parliament is seeking submissions regarding allegations of financial irregularities in the country's Phosphate Royalties Trust.

The committee has been reconstituted to look into allegations of irregularities involving the General Electric loan refinancing; the Trust's alleged payment to a Fiji senator; the sale of Nauru assets; questionable loans by the Trust; and any contributory role of government functionaries.

The select committee will be chaired by the MP Fabian Ribauw and is made up of the members David Adeang, Mathew Batsiua, Riddel Akua, Dominic Tabuna and Cyril Buramen.

The committee seeks submissions from the public and any interested persons on Nauru or overseas.
