Hundreds of American Samoans have been stranded in Samoa because of the sudden grounding of two small Polynesia Airlines planes.
The airline is now planning to use a jet to fly the passengers to Pago Pago in the early hours of tomorrow.
The carrier has apologised for the inconvenience caused by the disruption in flights.
