Samoa's acting Prime Minister, Misa Telefoni says the United Nations statistics on the number of primary and secondary schoool attendance in Samoa is wrong.

Speaking at the celebration of UN's 60th birthday at the National University of Samoa in Apia, Misa said the UN figures says the attendance was 67 percent.

He said the correct figure was more than 92 percent.

He asked that the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Statistics work with UN to find out what the correct figures are.
