Samoa's Deputy Opposition leader is promising to reinstate former public service doctors if his party wins the March general election.

The doctors are now out of work after resigning following a protracted strike over pay and conditions.

Asiata Dr Saleimoa Vaai says the government's latest move - stopping the doctors holding free clinics on Savaii - which has prompted complaints.

"SAM docs wait tp"

We can't really see a solution at all. The only solution we see is at the election on 24 March that if we become the government the solution is to get the doctors back. 12
