Fiji's Prices and Incomes Board has announced a slight fall in fuel prices from today.
Following its two-monthly review, the Board has reduced the price of motor spirit, diesel and pre-mix outboard fuel by 1-point-7 US cents a litre.
Petrol is now 1-US dollar a litre and diesel fuel 84-US cents.
But the price of kerosene which widely used in rural cooking has gone up slightly to 72-US cents a litre.
Transport operators say the small decreases will not have any impact on their businesses and prices are likely to go up again in the next review.
