The five senior members of the Fiji Labour Party who are facing disciplinary charges and possible expulsion are questioning why calls to discipline their leader, Mahendra Chaudhry, are being ignored.
Fijilive reports that the five have written a letter to Mr Chaudhry calling for an immediate management board meeting.
They say 1,500 members of the Labour Party's Vuda Branch have signed a petition calling for an investigation and disciplinary action against Mr Chaudhry.
FLP MP, Felix Anthony, has confirmed that the letter was signed by himself, cabinet ministers Krishna Datt and Poseci Bune, MP Agni Deo Singh, and former senator Dr Atu Emberson-Bain.
Mr Anthony says Mr Chaudhry was very quick to lay disciplinary charges against his group and he should do the same against himself because members have called for it.
Mr Anthony says when it comes to Mr Chaudhry, he does not want to act.
