The South Pacific Games director Niko Palamo says everything is going according to plan ahead of next year's Games in Samoa.
Samoa will host over four thousand athletes and officials who will take part in 33 sports codes for the regions biggest two week sporting event.
Palamo says venues should be ready by the end of this year.
"We have a great infrastructure with our venues. The government has spent a multi million dollars on this project. All venues hopefully will be completed by the end of this year, and most of these venues will be put under the test with Oceania competitions, national competitions by the end of this year or the beginning of next year."
