Fiji police say the escape of three prisoners from Suva prison this week takes to nine the number of inmates on the run in the country.
Viliame Tuibua escaped on Monday morning after cutting through the iron bars on his cell window and then jumping the wall.
Police say two other inmates escaped by the same means the following morning.
They have called on the public to come forward if they have any information about the whereabouts of the escapers.
