The monopoly Fiji Television Limited has announced better than expected net profit of over 2-million US dollars for the ending last June 30.
Under a government exemption, Fiji Television does not pay any tax on its profits.
The company's chief executive, Mesake Nawari, says the profit exceeded forcasts.
