A Samoan New Zealand based lawyer, Leulua'iali'i Olinda Woodroffe, will proceed with her lawsuit against the Samoa Democratic United Party, in order to recover about 5 thousand US Dollars of unpaid legal fees.

The lawyer had represented an unsuccessful SDUP candidate's election petition after the election in March.

The case was later withdrawn after the petitioner and the first respondent had reconciled.

Leulua'iali'i claims the political party has not contacted her since the case was withdrawn.
