Australian conman Peter Foster has returned to a Fiji court after spending his first night on bail at a Suva hotel.
Foster appeared in the magistrates court in Suva this morning where his case has been set for mention on December the 1st.
Foster has pleaded not guilty to forgery, uttering forged documents and obtaining a work permit on forged documents.
The state prosecutor Andie Driu has told the court there are seven witnesses prepared to testify against Foster next month.
