Four men accused of planning the Solomon Islands riots have been committed to stand trial in the High Court.

The two MPs Charles Dausabea and Nelson Ne'e as well as businessman Alex Bartlett and former city mayor David Dausabea are facing charges of felony.

Justice John Brown ruled that they go trial directly in the High Court instead of going through the preliminary enquiry stages in the Magistrate Court.
