A top Samoan diplomat and Judge of the International Criminal Court or ICC, Tuiloma Neroni Slade, is among names being considered for the Pacific Forum Eminent Group (EPG) expected to visit Fiji this month.

Tuiloma was a former Attorney General and Samoa's ambassador to the United Nations before he became a Judge of the ICC in 2002.

Fiji's military regime has given the green light to the Forum EPG team to meet and discuss with important stakeholders the removal of the democratically elected government.

Meanwhile the Melanesian Spear-head Group (MSG) has warned that any targeted measures to remove Fiji from the Pacific Islands Forum will not be accepted.
