Iraq War claims another Samoan's life

Another Samoan serving with the US army in Iraq has been killed.

He is 19 year old Private First Class David Toomalatai, who was working as a medic.

He was killed in Iraq on Friday when an ambulance he was riding in rolled over a land mine as he picked up injured soldiers.

Private Toomalatai is the 10th Samoan soldier to perish in the Iraq war.

He is survived by a 10-month old son.
