Air Vanuatu's Marketing Director, Joseph Laloyer, has been dismissed by the company for the second time.

Mr Laloyer confirmed he has received his three months notice and that he is tired of the way in which he is being treated.

He was first dismissed in January of 2005 and he challenged the decision in court and won and was reinstated in May of the same year.

Mr Laloyer said he has already contacted his lawyer and he is taking his case back to court.

His letter was signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Terry Kerr, but Mr Laloyer has not disclosed the reason for his dismissal.
