The Warriors are considering contesting the charge against their fullback Wade McKinnon for pushing the referee during their dramatic win last Sunday against South Sydney.
Video evidence shows McKinnon push referee Jason Robinson in the back when he was trying to cover the Warriors' goal line in the last few minutes of the match.
Moments later, McKinnon was given a final warning after a running verbal battle with the ref.
The young fullback, who scored one of the Warriors two tries in the last four minutes, will be suspended for two weeks if he pleads guilty to the charge, but three weeks if he contests the charge and is found guilty.
