Two Pacific teams eliminated from ICC Division three cricket league

The two Pacific cricket teams have been eliminated from the ICC Division three world cricket league in Darwin.

Papua New Guinea batting first were guided by Mahuri Dai who made 86 runs for their 203 for five.

However, Uganda came up with the best run chase in the tournament, scoring 204 for nine with four balls to spare.

And Fiji lost to Tanzania in the plate semifinals by three wickets.

Through to the next stage are Uganda and Argentina who beat Caymen Islands by four wickets.
