The former CEO of the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation, Francis Herman, is expected to be interviewed by Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.

A Commission spokesperson told the Fiji Times that Mr Herman's interview scheduled for today has been deferred until tomorrow.

The Commission has declined to say what allegations have been made against him.

The interim prime minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama has said there have been allegations of abuse of office against Mr Herman.

Commodore Bainimarama has said Mr Herman will not be going anywhere until he is thoroughly investigated.

Earlier this month, Mr Herman was prevented from leaving Fiji for Australia.
