Air Tahiti Nui has filled an average 62 percent of its seats in June on its non-stop New York route, the best results so far this year.
The Tahitipresse reports the airline increased its number of non-stop flights to and from New York from two to three weekly on June 11.
Air Tahiti Nui recently announced that it would be rerouting those flights through Los Angeles from September until June 2008.
