Netball Fiji doesn't see any problems with getting visas to New Zealand

The President of Netball Fiji, Alice Tabete says they don't see any visa problems in bringing their team for the world championships in Auckland next month.

Last week Soccer World governing body FIFA cancelled a world cup qualifier match between Fiji and New Zealand in Auckland after Fiji's goal keeper was refused entry because his father in law was in the military.

New Zealand imposed widespread sanctions against Fiji after the military takeover last year.

However Tabete says they've done their homework.

"As far as I know we don't have any of those persons to have those connections, and I think that everything should be right in getting our visas for New Zealand."
