The 2007 Miss South Pacific pageant is underway in Samoa.
This year's contestants are from Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, Niue, Hawaii, Cook Islands, American Samoa, and Samoa.
The winner will be annouced on Saturday night.
The first Miss South Pacific was held in Apia in 1987.
