The 10 men accused of plotting to kill Fiji's interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama and key members of his Cabinet have been released on bail.
Fiji live reports the 10 have been ordered to comply with strict bail conditions including surrendering all travel documents and reporting to the nearest police station.
They all entered a not guilty plea.
The charges of inciting mutiny were dropped from all the counts following an application by the office of the Director of Public Prosecution.
The accused are now charged with three counts of conspiracy to murder.
Suva Magistrate John Semisi has ordered the prosecution to supply all disclosures including witnesses' statements by this Friday.
The case has been adjourned to the 21st of next month.
