PNG and China seal deal to renovate miliary hospital

Papua New Guinea has signed a deal with China for Beijing to assist the PNG Defence Force.

The newspaper, The National, says China will provide half a million US dollars for the maintenance and renovation of the military hospital at Taurama Barracks in Port Moresby.

The agreement was signed by the Chinese ambassador, Wei Ruixing, and the Defence Minister Bob Dadae.
