Vanuatu's national carrier has appointed a new Chief Executive Officer following the departure of Terry Kerr from the role.
The Daily post newspaper reports that Air Vanuatu's current Strategic and Project Manager, Hollingsworth Ala, will take up the top post.
Mr Kerr was sacked late last week by the Board of Directors of Air Vanuatu.
He will remain a pilot with the airline.
