The American Samoa cable television provider, Pacific Island Cable or PIC has hired Ethan Lake, product manager for Blue Sky Communications, as its new general manager.
PIC's president, Sid Ludwall, said he has been looking for a general manager since October of last year due to the fact that he has other communication interests in the states.
