In American Samoa, Blue Sky Communications chief operating officer Jeff Harlow has resigned.
In a statement, Blue Sky says Mr Harlow will be returning to the mainland for family reasons.
The company announced the appointment of Li'a Tufele Junior as chief operating officer effective immediately.
The Company's president, Barry Rose, says Mr Harlow's tenure at Blue Sky has contributed to the advancement of Bluesky in service offerings, customer service and technical capabilities.
