Tonga's King George Tupou V has appointed 'Otenifi Afu'alo Matoto as the Minister for Finance and National Planning.
He is currently the Minister for Public Enterprises and Information and will retain those portfolios.
Afu'alo Matoto serves as Chairman and as a member of the boards of numerous government agencies, statutory bodies and committees.
