New Caledonia and Vanuatu play in OFC World Cup qualifier next month

New Caledonia will start as favourites against Vanuatu as the Oceania Football Confederation Nations Cup which also doubles for the World Cup qualifier continues next month.

New Caledonia sit second on the table, while Vanuatu will be hoping to put points on the table after two losses to top of the table New Zealand.

Vanuatu will host New Caledonia on the 14th June in Port Vila, with the return match in Noumea on the 21st.

The winner of the Oceania Nations Cup will compete in a two leg home and away playoff against the 5th placed team from the Asian Football Confederations.
