While Barack Obama has clinched the Democratic Party's nomination to run for the American Presidency this November, the American Samoa branch of the party says it's too early to tell how it will vote in the national convention in August.
American Samoan Democrats had given Senator Hillary Clinton the majority of their votes.
They decided to cast four votes for Mrs Clinton and two for Mr Obama at the convention.
The party chairman, Fagafaga Daniel Langkilde, now says it is too early to make a call on whether there will be a change.
He says this will depend on decisions made by both candidates over the next few days, including whether Mrs Clinton officially bows out, and who Mr Obama picks for a running mate.
