Governors of the U.S. Pacific territories have been invited to a meeting of Pacific Island countries next week in Samoa with US Secretary of State Dr.Condoleeza Rice.
The Secretary of State is scheduled to arrive in Samoa on the morning of July 26th
Her trip to Samoa follows her July 23-24 meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum in Singapore as well as a stop in New Zealand and Australia.
There was no immediate confirmation from the Governor's Office whether Gov. Togiola Tulafono will attend the meeting, which will happen during the time American Samoa is hosting the 10th Festival of Pacific Arts.
