The National Council for Building a Better Fiji is finalising the first draft of the People's Charter before it's release to the public next week.
Fijilive reports that Council members will meet in Suva today to discuss strategies for disseminating the first draft of the controversial Charter.
Council member, Filimoni Kau, says the draft will have to be endorsed by the council next week.
Mr Kau says the consultation process with the public will begin next week until September before the official endorsement by October 10th .
He says any objections from the public will be taken into consideration, but adds the charter will still have to go ahead despite any objections.
