The new Fiji Cricket Association general manager Martin Shaw has firm ideas on what is priority when he takes up his position in Suva later this year.
Shaw is the first to be appointed into the position and comes from a strong management background in Australia.
He says the high performance unit is priority.
"To make sure everything is going smoothly there and they have all they need, but it's also a matter of getting in and looking at the grass roots level, and finding out how things work, and what resources we have and what resources we need and then try and put in place plans that will boost the participation I suppose get as many people playing as possible."
