One of Samoa's former assistant police commissioners, Tuitoga Poe Ualesi,
has been appointed one of two new judges at the Lands and Titles
Court.
He is the second former assistant commissioner to have been chosen as a
judge of the LTC where customary lands and matai title disputes are heard.
The former assistant commissioner retired from the police two years ago and has more recently worked as a senior investigator for the Samoa Victims Support Group.
The other new judge is a catechist with the Samoa Catholic Church, Afamasaga Tovaega,
