A 45 year old father of seven in Samoa has been sentenced to ten years in jail for raping his natural daughter plus four years for one count of incest.
The victim was eleven years old at the time of the first offence and the sexual relationship according to a Supreme Court ruling was discovered in October last year when the victim was pregnant.
The imprisonment terms are to be served concurrently.
