Justice Anthony Gates and Dr Neil Sharma were yesterday sworn in as Fiji's Chief Justice and interim Health Minister respectively.
Fiji Live online says Justice Gates, who acted in the position since Justice Daniel Fatiaki was suspended by the interim Government in 2007, told reporters "it is business as usual".
Dr Sharma says the "national need for health is great" and he believes that "new strategies and visions have to be put in place to implement better health delivery.
Dr Sharma replaces Dr Jiko Luveni who will become interim Minister for Women, Social Welfare and Poverty Alleviation.
