The American Samoa Power Authority has taken delivery of its first shipment of fuel imported directly form Singapore.
ASPA was previously supplied by Mobil Oil.
However last month, ASPA became a fuel importer itself when Mobil Oil ceased operations in the territory.
It says so far there have been very few hiccups and ASPA appreciates the cooperation and courtesy shown by the tank farm terminal operator, BP Southwest Pacific and its staff.
