The regional tourism promotion agency south-pacific.travel has taken heart from a recent survey in Sweden.
It found that 30,000 readers of the country's main evening newspaper voted the South Pacific as their dream holiday destination.
Second and third came the Maldives and an African Safari.
The Managing Director of South Pacific specialist Tour Pacific says the timing couldn't be any better.
He says they have recently launched a new 52-page South Pacific brochure and just finished training over 200 front office staff at subagents.
On offer are also many specials and discounts in Fiji and Tahiti.
