Police have identified a man found dead near the Veterans Memorial Stadium in American Samoa late last week as Jimmy Leo of Vanuatu.
The fisherman, who was married to a Samoan woman, is believed to have been beaten to death.
Police took into custody two suspects, one a 17 year old and the other a 18 year old.
The 18 year old is to appear this morning on public peace disturbance charges.
The government hopes to file felony charges .
