Solomon Airlines has announced that it will decrease the fuel surcharge on its return flight between Honiara and Brisbane.
The last international fuel surcharge increase was applied in July 2008, adding 15 US dollars to each segment of travel on the International sectors.
Solomon Airlines has advised that the reduction on the Brisbane - Honiara - Brisbane route will mean a saving for travellers of about 43 US dollars.
The Solomon Islands Broadcasting Corporation reports the airline saying the price reduction will come into effect this week.
