The trial has been set to start in Samoa early next year of four officials accused of corruption.
They are former accounts officers in the Ministry of Police and Prisons and the Ministry of Finance who face charges of theft as a servant, forgery, fraud, falsifying accounts and official corruption.
The four appeared in the Supreme Court for a preliminary hearing when they all entered not guilty pleas.
The police filed charges against them in 2005 following an investigation into the disappearance of more than 150,000 US dollars from the Ministry of Police and Prison's accounts division.
The defendants, Taylor Miti, Mata'u Milosia, Muliipu Fa'aloua and Iva Peseta, are remanded on bail to await their trial on January the 18th.
