The US Department of Defence has announced the death of a Guam soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
Army 1st Sgt. Jose Crisostomo, 59, of Inarajan, died earlier this month in Kabul of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle.
He was assigned to International Security Assistance Force in Kabul.
