A church minister of the Congregational Church in Samoa, Penaia Semo Koro, has entered a guilty plea to manslaughter after the original charge of murder was withdrawn.
A 22 year old man of Samata village on Savaii island was killed in an attack by the defendant on Christmas day last year during a church social function.
The defendant has been stripped of all his church positions and is to be sentenced later this month.
