Village in Samoa hold memorial service for missing tsunami victims

Villagers of Saleapaga in Samoa held a memorial service yesterday to remember three local children listed as still missing following last month's devastating tsunami.

The trio includes two boy's age three and a four year old girl.

Fourteen children of Saleapaga perished as a result of the tsunami.

The village is on the South Coast of Upolu Island the area hardest hit by the destructive waves.

In the village of Lalomanu, forty children died from the natural disaster.
