Mobile phone operator, Digicel Samoa, has had a judicial review dismissed by the Samoa Supreme Court.
The phone company had wanted a decision made in July of the Samoa Telecommunication Tribunal which found SamoaTel's favour over differences in interconnection rates.
The tribunal had ordered that Digicel reimburse SamoaTel's Gomobile.
