Cruiseships continue to call into the ports of the two Samoas, despite the devastation caused by the tsunami more than a month ago.

Last month, two cruiseships visited Pago Pago and Apia, and the cruiseliner along with passengers and the crew made relief contribution.

This week, the cruiseship Star Princess sails to Apia for one-day before heading into Pago Pago the next.

American Samoa officials says the cruiseship will bring about two and a half thousand passengers and more than one thousand crew members to the territory.

The American Samoa Commerce Department and Visitor's Bureau say there are a lot of areas for tourists to visit that are not affected by the tsunami.
