The Australian airline, V Australia, is to launch services to Fiji.
The inaugural flight is scheduled to arrive in Nadi this afternoon with the airline's Executive General Manager Scott Swift on board.
The chairman of Tourism Fiji, Patrick Wong, has told the Fijivillage website that V Australia will be flying seven times a week to Fiji.
