New Zealand, Fiji and Samoa have begun the Wellington Sevens tournament with wins.
Samoa beat France 31-9 in the first game of the tournament, and started the second round with another win over Canada 27-14.
Fiji beat Scotland 36-5, and hosts New Zealand beat Wales 29-5.
But Tonga was beaten by Kenya 15-7, and again in its second game, losing to England 24-19.
Papua New Guinea lost its first game, beaten by Australia 31-12, and Niue was been beaten by South Africa, 38-10
